Our Story
Founded in 2012 by Vinod Kumar C S and Chethan Kumar K G, Naksha Tech was built on a shared vision: to revolutionize the way industries use spatial data. What started as a two-member team has now evolved into a dynamic organization delivering end-to-end geospatial, AI, and drone solutions across India and overseas

Founding and Incorporation: Incorporated on 17th April 2012. Began our journey with a clear vision: to serve the geospatial industry through professionalism and excellence. Early focus on Photogrammetry and Lidar Services.

We took a major leap forward by introducing Mobile LIDAR services, partnering with an Indian company to deliver Moblie Mapping projects for National Highways. Our team strength grew to 50 skilled professionals, and we successfully executed the Doha project using Digital photogrammetry a proud milestone that gave us the confidence to take on larger challenges. This year also marked the start of long lasting relationships with European and US companies, who recognized our productivity and quality, and began awarding us significant projects

We expanded our capablilties by adding drone survey services to our portfolio, gaining expertise in aerial surveying, image processing, and final output preparation. With the procurement of our own drone, we began hands-on experience with this emerging technology. As the Indian geospatial market entered a phase of rapid growth, Naksna Tech was well-prepared ana kept pace with the latest advancements to serve clients with cutting-edge solutions.

By the end of 2018, Naksha Tech had proudly reached 500 clients worldwide. Our team successfully executed more than 200,000 kilameters of powerline LIDAR classification, over 100,000 square kilometers of digital photogrammetry etry mapping (including orthophoto services), and 20,000 kilometers of National Highway projects through moblie LIDAR mapping. With smart execution and consistent quality, our clients piaced even greater confidence in Naksha Tech, entrusting us with larger and more complex projects.

COVID-19 changed the world, and like many, we adapted quickly to ensure business continuity. In line with government regulations, our teams transitioned to work from home while continuing to support clients during this critical time. The dedication of Team Naksha Tech from the support staff to the management was remarkable, as they planned and executed strategies to overcome challenges and ensured uninterrupted aelivery even in the toughest circumstances

Our global presence expanded to serve over 800 companies worldwide. This year, we actively engaged in state govemment projects for drone-based surveys and also entered the telecom sector, delivering specialized GIS services. These milestones marked Naksha Tech’s continued diversification and growth across industries.

Through many ups and downs, Naksha Tech has always remained positive and forward-looking in its mission to serve the geospotiol Industry. This year, we are actively building our own software platforms for LIDAR data processing and drone image processing, powered by Al-driven tools. Alongside this, we are setting up a dedicated Research & Development division to focus on developing specialized drones tailored for different segments of the geospatial domain.
