1. BIM Engineer

Primary Responsibilities:
 

  • Strong experience as BIM Modeler on Revit MEP.

  • Develop MEP BIM Model.

  • Should have experience working on Revit point cloud.

  • Should follow the project BIM Standards.

  • Understanding of BIM Template and processes.

 

Additional Skills:

  • The position requires a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented experienced BIM/ Revit Modeler/ Engineering.

  • This position includes modelling 3D MEP models and coordination for building projects.

  • A candidate should have expertise in Revit MEP software along with Navis works Manage & AutoCAD.

  • Should be able to work as an individual and with the team.

Qualification: Graduate
Experience  : 1-2 Years

2. LIDAR Technician

Role Requirements:
 

  • Responsible for production.

  • Responsible for Quality Control, Quality Analysis and Gate Control.

  • Compile data required for map preparation, including aerial photographs, survey notes, records, reports and original maps.

  • Working on Mapping projects will be added advantage.

Qualification : Any Graduate, Diploma in any discipline.

Experience  : 1-2 Years

3. Business Deveopment Executive

Skills Required:

  •   Excellent Communication

  •   Negotiation

  •   Passion for Technology Sales (IT Sales)

  •   Strong Internet research skills required

  •   Team Handling

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for doing Lead Generation.

  • Must have prior experience in Lead Generation via Cold calling (International and domestic markets )

  • Responsible for sales outreach programs including cold calls, emailer, & timely follow-up to closure.

  • Source new sales opportunities through both outbound/inbound efforts.

  • Understand client needs and requirements.

  • Hands on in market research.

  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

Qualification: MBA in Marketing/International marketing

Experience  : Freshers

4. Business Development Manager

Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication

  • Negotiation

  • Passion for Technology & Sales

  • Strong Internet research skills required

  • Team Handling

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Must be from Software Sales background with industry

  • Utilize all available resource to reach out to prospects and attempts to turn those prospects into customers 

  • Administer and develop initiatives to increase sales and market development activities.

  • Analyze business strategies and develop improvement plans for same to provide appropriate growth to business.

  • Ability to meet Personal & Team sales targets 

  • Ensuring client business processing is completed within deadlines.

  • Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.

  • Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.

 

Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light

Qualification: MBA in Marketing/International marketing

Experience  : 5 - 10 Years
